Steps to renew your vehicle licence

Step 1

Provide your registration number for the vehicle you would like to renew

Step 2

Provide your tare weight for your vehicle, this is required in order to calculate the amount you need to pay for your vehicle licence renewal

Step 3

Provide the expiry date of your vehicle licence. This is required in order to calculate the amounts due on your vehicle licence

Step 4

Pay the quote and get redirected back to WhatsApp to complete the process

Step 5

Provide your ID Document or drivers licence and a Utility bill in order to complete the process

Step 6

Just sit back relax and wait for your vehicle licence to be delivered!

What an amazing service! My car licence was way overdue and I simply did not have the time to go and get it renewed. ChatBack came up as an advert and I thought I would give them a try. All communication happened on WhatsApp where I was able to load my ID, proof of residence and images of my license disk. I did all this seamlessly on the 23rd of March 2020. On the 25th of March, a pdf copy was sent to me on WhatsApp confirming the registration and on the 29th of March, I received my car license via courier to my home

Excellent service! The staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball.
